I already had made arrangements with a “junk” removal company for a few days later when the online auction company that had been contracted to empty our house cancelled 10 days before the closing date (due to Covid-19). Suddenly I had much more furniture that needed to be cleared out. With all the donation locations being closed, I needed a fast response and more importantly, confirmation it could all be taken away. We emailed Bryan for a quote that evening, and he called at 7:30am the next morning and was on site with his team ready to go at 10am the same day. They worked very efficiently and continuously until the job was done by 4pm the same day! Easy to contact, VERY responsive, well organized and most pleasant to deal with throughout the entire process, they completely took away the stress of this project. Bryan was very knowledgeable about the business, and he also took many items to the “reuse site” at Bensford rather than put them into landfill. No question these guys are a 5 star business, a pleasure to deal with. A great local Peterborough business.

Had some issues during the outbreak with removing a sectional couch. Wasn't allowed to give it a way, wasn't allowed to drop it off at Habitat for Humanity. Didn't have a vehicle big enough to junk it. Timing was everything too as I wasn't sure if / when my new couch would arrive, so I emailed them, explained the situation as best as I could. Things got complicated when I was told I had to wait 3 more months for my new couch, so I had to cancel the pick up. Right after I cancelled the pick up I get told my new couch is coming in after all, so I explained it again, and sure enough they were willing to help. I really wanted to tip these guys, but they politely refused, and I thought that was the least I could do for the trouble, but to them it was no trouble at all. Thank you Bryan and to your team for outstanding service, Peterborough area needs more professionalism in business such as this. I'll be in touch should I need anything else removed.

I contacted Bryan by email quite late in the evening and got a lightning fast reply. By the time I went to bed, we had an appointment and a plan to pick up our old freezer. Bryan and his team were here on-time, no fuss, did the job and were on their way. He left a card, and followed up with an email to ensure we were satisfied. Six starts out of five! Thanks.

I can't say enough about how great our experience with Bryan and his staff! They were very respectful, hard working and quick in finishing the 3 large jobs that we hired them to clean. They left our basement very clean and cleaned up after themselves as they left. You get what you pay for! They do your dirty work and you get to relax and see it go! Great job!!
